DDC Sport 3-Month Warranty
- All brand new DDC Sport products are covered under our manufacturer's 3-Month all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
- The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only.
- For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's scooter or bike will no longer be eligible for any services provided by DDC Sport.
Warranty Target Audience
- All quality-related defects on items sold directly by DDC Sport or DDC Sport’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty
- Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through DDC Sport's authorized distributors and retailers, such as Walmart and Amazon, are handled through DDC Sport.
Batteries
- It is normal circumstence for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.
- Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
- Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.
This Limited Warranty does not cover

Claims Process
All claims to this warranty must be made through DDC Sport. and submitted to d. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@ddcsport.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through DDC Sport within 3-Month of initial purchase.
DDC Sport will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
Orders Beyond the One-Year Warranty Period
If you haven't purchased extend, you can contact us to provide you with suggestions to solve the problem, and the required accessories will be purchased by the customer at his own expense.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@ddcsport.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
Repair Service
For repair services, DDC Sport will only provide free replacement parts.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
Limitation of Damages
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, DDC Sport shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when DDC Sport has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
