- All brand new DDC Sport products are covered under our manufacturer's 3-Month all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
- The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only.
- For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's scooter or bike will no longer be eligible for any services provided by DDC Sport.

Claims Process
All claims to this warranty must be made through DDC Sport. and submitted to support@ddcsport.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@ddcsport.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through ย DDC Sportย withinย 3-Month of initial purchase.
DDC Sport will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
